About 20–30 minutes after taking one, I started to feel this calm, floaty feeling. Just very at ease. I felt grounded, but also kind of dreamy — like the edge was taken off everything.
It’s subtle, but noticeable. Like being in a better mood without trying. I’ve used them a few times now, once before journaling, once before a walk, and once before just lying on the couch with music, and every time it helped me slow down and be more present.
